Jeremy L. Havens, Of Counsel is a partner at the law firm of Havens & Lichtenberg, PLLC. His principal areas of practice include, among others, nonprofit organizations, real estate (including foreclosure defense) and corporate and business law. Since starting as a Paralegal in 2002, Mr. Havens has been an integral part of The Herzog Law Group, working on such matters as contract negotiations and drafting, private placement securities offerings, real property transactions, landlord-tenant matters, coordination of tax-exempt applications for nonprofit organizations, employment agreements and trademark filings, along with general practice matters. After a successful career at New York Law School’s evening division program he passed the bar and rose to an Associate position. He continues his relationship with The Herzog Law Group and works with the firm through an Of Counsel relationship. Mr. Havens is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.
